Wes & Brittany’s Eld Inlet Wedding

Wes & Brittany’s backyard wedding on the Eld Inlet in Olympia was absolutely beautiful! They were blessed with sunshine on what may have been one of the warmest days we experienced all summer in the Pacific Northwest. No detail was left undone–from Brittany’s necklace that was handmade by her mother from pearls that the family business grew in Fiji, to their gorgeous purple, pink & green decor, to the butterfly release during their ceremony–everything was perfect!

This little seal pup was just hanging out in the sun while we photographed the groomsmen out on the boats. So cute!

One of Brittany’s great aunt’s wishes was that she have a butterfly release after her ceremony, as a symbolic act of her & Wes’ new life together. As Wes & Brittany were pronounced husband and wife, their guests released the sleeping butterflies into the air. It was an incredible moment!

Congratulations Brittany and Wes! We are so grateful to have met you, and we have really enjoyed getting to know you and your family. You have been so hospitable and generous, and we wish you a lifetime of happiness!
